Founder, President & CEO

Ashley Davis, MBE, MPA

Ashley is the founder, president, and CEO of Little Explorers STEM Enrichment Learning Program, with responsibilities for all aspects of the company's strategy, leadership, governance, and financial performance. She has over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, non-profit leadership, and 5 years of experience in government contracting.

Ashley is committed to supporting local youth organizations, maintaining state licensing, and enhancing extended and summer learning programs to meet the needs of youth in areas such as nutrition, health, well-being, family and community partnerships, students with disabilities, and high-quality standards.

She is a proud member of the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and the Brookhaven Chamber of Commerce and looks forward to earning her Master's degree from Kennesaw State University.

Vice President & CFO

Wayne Sutton, MBA

Wayne Sutton is the founder, president, and CEO of Sutton Cleaning Solutions. He is a Georgia native from Atlanta and a graduate of Frederick Douglass High School. Wayne received his degree in Business Administration from Atlanta Metro State College and looks forward to earning his MBA from Georgia State University.

Since 2023, Wayne has served as the Vice President and CFO of Financial Planning and Analysis at Little Explorers. He oversees the organization's strategic goals and financial planning, including long-term capital investments, fiscal year budget reporting, and operating data analysis.

In his free time, Wayne enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, watching live sports, and going on family vacations.

Our History & Impact

Little Explorers Enrichment Learning Program was founded with a powerful mission: to inspire, empower, and engage K-12 youths through science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education. The program was created to bridge the gap in access to high-quality, hands-on learning opportunities and to cultivate a passion for lifelong learning in our youth.

Environmental: We aim to integrate sustainability into every aspect of our operations. This includes reducing energy consumption, minimizing waste, conserving water, and using eco-friendly materials in our office and learning environments. We encourage our staff to adopt green practices both at work and in their personal lives, fostering a culture of environmental responsibility.

Through our vision & mission, we aim to implement by:

Use energy-efficient lighting (LED bulbs) throughout the workplace and use smart thermostats to regulate heating and cooling.
Minimize paper usage by moving registrations, teaching materials, and student communications to digital formats.
Partner with local schools and nonprofits to host environmental awareness events, helping to educate youth about sustainability and the importance of protecting the environment.
